I never write reviews, but the level of service I received from Annacis went above and beyond my expectations. Dwayne is incredibly helpful and kind, everything from assisting with the transport, pictures and even helping me when the battery died on my car. Again, Dwayne went above and beyond my expectations. If you have to store your loved belongings somewhere safe there is no better place in B.C than Annacis period.

The friendly, honest staff at Annacis Lock-up are super cool and easy to deal with. The option of a 24-hr access to the outdoor storage is great, something not offered in many other storage facilities. This place is safe and secure, offering competitive rates. 5 stars all the way!

I have been supremely satisfied with the service and storage, start to finish. The staff is super friendly, efficient and always ready to help. Even their online service is great, which for me is very important. It’s easy to get answers, help, and they reply quickly. Their chat feature is especially good, and online payments are easy. I highly recommend them for your temporary or longterm needs. And they sometimes have a deal to use their truck for pickup, which really worked for me. Having just moved to a bigger home, we no longer need storage, but if we do in future, I will be using Annacis again. Great prices, too!

Dwayne is top drawer hands down !! I was only here renting a spot for 18 months but all the staff are super friendly but more importantly helpful. The gate and lights were always in good working order. Also for the area the price was very competitive...

I used Annacis Lock-up Storage years ago to store my household goods and was very happy with the staff (very friendly), the cleanliness & the security of the facility. When it came time to store my household goods again, Annacis Lock-up Storage was my first call. Again, I wasn't disappointed. I stored my goods for over 2 years my goods were in perfect condition without a musty smell that happens in other facilities. They may not be the cheapest but in my opinion they are the best and you get what you pay for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

I got a storage unit that is really big at Annacis Lock-Up. I had 2 large units at UHaul on SE Marine Drive. During this pandemic with people struggling financially, UHaul decided to raise their monthly rates by $10 for each of my 2 units. I got the one at Annacis that could put all the stuff from 2 units into 1 and it saves me $100.00. Staff are great, helpful, and friendly. I am so happy there.

Clean, very well maintained, secure, efficient access, lots of large dollys to use, resole rates especially compared to downtown or the north shore. We needed a place for five months it it worked out perfectly,. Would use again without hesitation if the need arose.

Secure, clean, and the team there are always willing to help. Feels like a family business who care vs just someone punching a clock. Lots of access points , and equipment to help you move your stuff around. I highly recommend. Rates are very good too and the free truck to help you move in was a godsend when we needed to downsize.

Great company to store with. Had my boat and trailer stored with this company for a number of years and they were always there for me, whether it was finding me a parking spot as soon as it came available or helping me with 24HR access on short notice. They’ve accepted deliveries on my behalf, stored them for me, always been extremely accommodating when I’ve need to either increase or reduce storage space. The service is excellent. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The facility is amazingly clean and organized. There are always carts available at the doors where you load/unload and easy to navigate throughout the building. They take pride in the facility no doubt! Wonderful customer service and support whenever I needed their assistance and the on-site team is always very friendly when you encounter then during visits.

We have just finished renting two storage units here (no longer needed them) and have been very impressed with the service and facilities, from start to finish. The storage units were very clean, the building is well maintained, safe and easy to access. The on-site carts and dollies were a bonus! The staff has been terrific - knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. If we ever need rental storage units again, they will be our first call! Highly recommend.
